Terms & Conditions


Products should be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.

Items can be returned outside the 365 days period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our guide on Linen Care and any specific care instructions provided with your purchase.

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

We cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders such as monogramming or bespoke hand stamping. Certain items are excluded from our Returns Policy for hygienic reasons, such as feather filled toppers, duvets and pillows as well as cut fabrics. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.


If you would like to exchange, please click here and follow the steps, ensuring to pick ´exchange´ as a returns option. Simply tell us what colour, the size you would like to receive in replacement. A new order will be created and dispatched once we have received your returned parcel, without any additional postage charges.

If there is a price difference we will refund with the amount to your original payment method or you will receive a new order invoice for payment of the outstanding amount, this can be carried out over the phone or email link.
