We sincerely hope that you enjoy your products from The Linen Works, but if you are not entirely delighted with the items that you purchased, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, gift voucher or a refund.


You can return orders to us within 365 days for a full refund, including the original delivery cost if you’re returning the whole order.

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy.

Products should be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

We cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders such as monogramming or bespoke hand stamping. Certain items are excluded from our Returns Policy for hygienic reasons, such as feather filled toppers, duvets and pillows as well as cut fabrics.

Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our guide on Linen Care and any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We are all humans here so let us know what happened.

For international returns please ensure to mark the package with "return of goods".


Our returns period does not apply for linens on sale: please make your return within 14 days of receipt so we can give your linen a new home whilst we are still on sale. A small contribution of £3 towards the cost of packaging and to bring the linens back to us will be deducted from your refund.


If you would like to exchange, please click here and follow the steps, ensuring to pick ´exchange´ as a returns option. Simply tell us what colour or size you would like to receive in replacement. A new order will be created and dispatched once we have received your returned parcel, without any additional postage charges.

If there is a price difference we will refund with the amount to your original payment method or you will receive an email to make payment for the outstanding amount, this can then be carried out over the phone or email link.
