We’re keeping the UK connected. We are open for business. Despite best efforts some services may be disrupted.

During these unprecedented times, we continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail. However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this.

Every item of mail is important to us, so we’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I think we can all agree they are doing a heroic service to keep delivering our parcels and ensuring businesses continue to operate. However despite best efforts, we noticed that some of our orders we taking far longer than expected to be delivered - one in particular took 18 days. Please bear this in mind and always report back to us if your order has not been delivered, we are following up and keeping track of these.
