Bed Linen with a 50-year warranty

Trust is essential when it comes to products for you and your family. We want to ensure you have complete peace of mind and confidence when buying our bed linens. Should a defect become apparent, we will repair or replace it.

If you have purchased directly from us there is no need to register as we have done this for you!

If you bought it from one of our authorised partners, simply email customercare@thelinenworks.co.uk within two months of purchase.

You will need...

1. A digital copy of your proof of purchase (a till or full receipt is required, we cannot provide a warranty for your product without one).

2. The date and place of your purchase and The Linen Works product name must appear on your proof of purchase.

Contact us within 30 days of spotting the problem, with proof of purchase to hand. We might arrange a collection as a physical inspection of the product may be necessary, but our team will let you know exactly what to expect next.

Products replaced within the warranty period are supplied with a new guarantee.

While we make every effort to avoid them, errors can happen from time to time. Our warranty covers you for any issues that could reasonably be said to have started with us.

We know it sounds like common sense, but obviously you’ll need to use your bedding in an appropriate way. Here are some examples of what is not covered:

- Allowing the product to become soiled or insanitary
- Ignoring the Care Instructions
- It’s normal for bed linen to show signs of use over the years, so we don’t consider ordinary wear and tear a fault
- Linens that have been excessively exposed to the elements
- Linens used with a wider, not fit for purpose, mattress or pillow
- Damage caused by accident (including by pets), disaster or misuse

The Linen Works may vary the terms of this warranty, if in our sole opinion; the circumstances of any case are such as to require special consideration.

Where a replacement is required, we reserve the right to substitute with an alternative colour if the original has been discontinued. However, we will do our absolute best to match to the original fabric and colour. When one part of a set is replaced, it is possible for a slight dye batch colour variation to occur and therefore it may vary slightly.

A usage charge will be applied based on the sliding scale shown in the table below:

The warranty is personal and not transferable and applies exclusively to a new product bought at www.thelinenworks.co.uk or at a point of sale authorised by The Linen Works.
